This mixed-level class is designed to move you through delicious yoga sequencing at a moderate pace. Postural alignment, attention to breath, and a sprinkling of yoga philosophy are woven into each class. Looking for more challenge or chill? Modifications to accommodate different levels are always offered.
Please bring your own mat, props, and mask (if desired).
