Baseball in glove.
An introduction to Baseball skills.  Having all participants comprehend the basic rules will be a goal. Concentration is on building and improving individual batting, throwing and fielding. The focus is on having fun practicing with friends, through games and stations, encouraging individual skill development. The soft "Incrediball" is used. PLEASE LABEL HAT & bring your own glove.  All Norwich Recreation Spring sports will follow state COVID-19 guidance.  In the case of rain, practice will be cancelled.
