Participants will learn techniques for successful passing, catching, shooting and cradling as well as defensive stick work. Girls will receive a full understanding of the game. Please bring your own stick, safety goggles and mouth protector. Cleats are also recommended.  Safety goggles are required - contact Coaches if you need a loaner pair. 

All Norwich Recreation Spring sports will follow state COVID-19 guidance.  Games against neighboring towns will be scheduled, but cancelled in the case that guidance does not allow for them to be played.
