Early Riser Strength training sessions in Tracy Hall!  We will meet at 6:00am on Tuesday and Thursdays in the gym - this program is led by certified Personal Trainer, Kristin Fauci. 

**This program is 'Intermediate' level, as it includes equipment that should be handled by those familiar with the exercises**
