Our Culinary Kids camp was so popular, that we've decided to bring it back on a monthly basis. We will come together one Sunday a month from November through April, meeting in the Norwich Congregational Church kitchen to create dishes for the Community Potlucks that happen in Tracy Hall directly following each session. Families and neighbors will be able to enjoy to efforts of our hard working kids and teens!
Each participant will also take home dishes to share with their families. We will try to make a bread/appetizer, entree and dessert each time.
Session 1 - November 24 (Parker House rolls, cranberry sauce, bread puddings)
Session 2 - December 1 (Demo's retirement cake, mini cheesecakes, baked macaroni & cheese, pesto star breads)
Session 3 - January 5 (dumplings, Gourges, jelly doughnuts)
Session 4 - February 2 (soft pretzels, cheese crackers, bar cookies, artichoke dip)
Session 5 - March 2nd (soda bread, lentil soup, cabbage salad, paczkis)
Session 6 - April 6 (spring favorites)
