This program serves to introduce the basics of playing team basketball utilizing individual and team skill stations. We focus on helping the children develop key basketball fundamentals in the areas of ball handling, shooting form, defense techniques, rebounding, basic court awareness concepts, and working together as a team. There will be *alot* of running, to get our energy out and to help get game ready.
Please send your children with clean gym shoes and a water bottle. This age group will begin to utilize balls that are 27.5” and play on 8’ baskets.
